Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Undisclosed damage
  • Incorrect item ( Size, Color, Style)

We do not offer refunds if the items does not fit since all brands run differently use our size charts as references only again we do not guarantee any item will fit especially since every individual has different body types we cannot offer a perfect fit.

Since computer/phone screen brightness settings can change from each individual device we also do not offer refund for color not as described we do our best to describe our products please understand that devices brightness settings and also photo lighting can be different by 1-3 shades.

Store Credit:

  • Item does not fit/changed mind
  • Once the order arrives if the item is not of liking or does not fit, store credit will be issued as soon as the return order is received.



Buyers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, we will not offer you store credit or exchange. (Order will be sent back)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyers must present proof of purchase. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as swimwear, undergarments, bodysuit and makeup/skincare cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. All of these items are FINAL SALE. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as store credit, and a gift-card will be emailed with the total amount of approved refund.

Depending on where you live and item purchased, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
