Returns policy
Costumers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Once the return is received by us we will process and refund the order via gift card this usually takes 2-5 business days after receiving the return.
Full Refunds in the original format of payment will be issued under the following circumstances:- Undisclosed damage or arrived damaged
- Incorrect item ( Size, Color, Style)
Costumer will also receive a free pre-paid return shipping label via email.
FAQs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Costumers will need to purchase their own shipping label and email us their return tracking number along with their order number to support@bellavictoria.com
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as swimwear, undergarments, bodysuit and makeup/skincare cannot be returned. or any clothing/fashion product that is considered intimate or sanitary goods,. All of these items are FINAL SALE. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards .
